SAIC Group: Sales of 6.238 million vehicles in 2019, down 11.54%
On January 8, 2020, Shanghai Automotive Group Co., Ltd. (securities code: 600104) issued production and sales express. In December 2019, SAIC Group achieved a sales volume of 697700 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 5.76%. From January to December of 2019, the cumulative sales volume was 6.238 million, a year-on-year decrease of 11.54%.
In terms of enterprise categories, SAIC Volkswagen and SAIC General Motors rose and fell. Among them, SAIC Volkswagen sold 234100 vehicles in December 2019, an increase of 37.67%; SAIC-GM sold 124500 vehicles, a decrease of 27.61%, and the decline was still large. In the whole year of 2019, the cumulative sales of SAIC Volkswagen and SAIC GM in the first 12 months were 2.018 million and 1.601 million respectively, of which the cumulative decrease of SAIC Volkswagen in the first 12 months was 3.07%, and that of SAIC GM in the first 12 months was 18.78% year-on-year.

On January 8, 2020, Chongqing Chang'an Automobile Co., Ltd. (stock code 000625) released the production and sales express. In December 2019, the group sold 193700 vehicles, an increase of 30.99% year-on-year. From January to December of 2019, the cumulative sales volume was 1.76 million, with a cumulative year-on-year decrease of 15.16%.
According to the situation of enterprises, most of the subsidiaries of Chang'an have rebounded this month. Among them, Hefei Chang'an continued to grow substantially, with a year-on-year growth of 973.87%; the sales volume of Chongqing headquarters, which is mainly composed of independent brand passenger cars, also achieved a substantial increase of 49.15%. Both Changan Ford and Changan Mazda in the joint venture have achieved growth, ending the long-term decline.

On January 6, 2020, Geely Automobile Holding Co., Ltd. (securities code: 00175) issued production and sales express. In December 2019, it achieved 130036 automobile sales, with a year-on-year increase of 39.32%. From January to December of 2019, the cumulative sales volume was 1361560, with a cumulative year-on-year decrease of 9.28%.
In terms of domestic and foreign market conditions, the domestic market sales volume of Geely Automobile in December 2019 was 126683, an increase of 47% compared with the same period last year; the export volume was 3353 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 52%.

Geely's new high-end brands - Lingke 01, Lingke 02 and Lingke 03 sold 10807 vehicles in December.
In December, sales of Geely's first high-end pure electric car, geometric a, were 1070.
In addition, a total of 9900 new energy and electrified vehicles were sold in December, of which, Xingyue mhev, bingyue mhev and Jiaji mhev accounted for about 73% of the total sales of new energy and electrified vehicles.
With the annual sales of 2019 coming out, Geely Automobile has exceeded the sales target of 1.36 million set at the beginning of the year. For the sales target of 2020, Geely Automobile is set at 1.41 million, a slight increase of 4%.
